FAQ
Pricing
How much does pressure washing cost?
Every job is priced on four things: the size of the area, the surface type, how much buildup there is, and access (stories, gates, slopes). A single driveway and a two-story house wash are very different jobs.
KLASH gives a fixed written price before work starts. Send photos through the quote form for an exact number.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes, a small trip minimum applies to very small jobs. Bundling services usually clears it.
Do you offer discounts for multiple services?
Yes. Booking a house wash with the driveway, roof or pool deck costs less than booking each separately, because the crew and equipment are already on site.
FAQ
Methods
What’s the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
Pressure washing uses high water pressure to clean hard surfaces like concrete and pavers. Soft washing uses low pressure plus a cleaning solution to kill mold and algae on delicate surfaces like stucco, siding, screens and roofs.
Using high pressure on the wrong surface can etch stucco, crack tile and void roof warranties. KLASH chooses the method by surface.
Is “pressure cleaning” the same thing?
Yes. In South Florida, “pressure cleaning” and “power washing” are common names for pressure washing. KLASH does both high-pressure cleaning for concrete and low-pressure soft washing for walls and roofs.
Are the cleaning solutions safe for pets and plants?
Yes when applied correctly. Plants are pre-wet and rinsed after, and pets should stay inside until surfaces are rinsed and dry, usually within an hour.
Where does the water come from?
The crew connects to an outdoor spigot at the property. The amount used is similar to watering a lawn. For commercial sites without accessible water, let us know when you request a quote.
FAQ
Results
How long do results last?
In Miami-Dade’s climate: house washing 12–18 months, roofs 3–5 years, driveways 6–12 months, sealed pavers 2–3 years. Shade, irrigation and proximity to water all shorten the cycle.
What if I’m not happy with the result?
Call within 7 days. Under the KLASH satisfaction guarantee, the crew returns to fix anything missed at no charge.
Can every stain be removed?
Most can. Mildew, algae, dirt and fresh oil come out fully. Old rust, deep oil and stains that have etched into a surface may lighten a lot but not disappear. You’ll be told what to expect before any work starts.
FAQ
Prep
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Move vehicles off the driveway, close windows and doors, bring in small decor and pet bowls, and unlock gates. Make sure an outdoor spigot is working. That’s it. The crew handles plant protection.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as the crew has water and gate access, you’ll get before and after photos by text.
What about rain?
Light rain doesn’t affect washing. Painting and sealing are rescheduled for dry weather at no cost.
¿Atienden en español?
Sí. KLASH atiende en inglés y en español, desde la cotización hasta la revisión final del trabajo.
