KLASH Property Services (“KLASH”) collects the information you submit through forms on this site (name, phone, email, property address, service details and photos) to prepare quotes, schedule work and communicate with you.

How information is used

• To respond to quote and contact requests
• To schedule, perform and invoice services
• To send appointment reminders by call, text or email
• To understand how the website is used, through analytics that don’t identify you by name

Who processes it

KLASH does not sell or rent personal information. It is shared only with service providers that help run the business, and only as needed:

• HubSpot: our customer database, where quote and contact requests are stored
• Netlify: website hosting and form processing
• Cloudflare Turnstile: spam protection on forms
• Google Analytics: website usage statistics

Photos you upload are resized and stripped of location data before they are stored.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses a small number of cookies for analytics and spam protection. It does not use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site and forms still work.

Calls and text messages

When you submit a form on this site, you agree that KLASH Property Services may call or text you at the number you provide about your request: quotes, scheduling, appointment reminders and follow-up on work. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or call 786-286-7217.
• Consent to receive calls or texts is not a condition of purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except service providers that deliver messages on KLASH’s behalf.

Retention

Request details are kept as long as needed to provide service and keep business records, then deleted.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and KLASH does not knowingly collect their information.

Terms of service

Quotes are valid for 30 days and cover only the work described. Additional work requires your approval before it begins.

Scheduling & weather

Appointments may be rescheduled for unsafe weather. Painting and sealing require dry conditions.

Satisfaction guarantee

Report any issue within 7 days of service and KLASH will return to correct it at no charge. The guarantee covers workmanship, not pre-existing damage, permanent staining or conditions disclosed before work began.

Limitation of liability

KLASH carries general liability insurance. Pre-existing damage such as loose tiles, failing paint or cracked concrete is documented before work starts and is not the responsibility of KLASH.

This page may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
